How much does Athlog cost?
- Coaches: Athlog is free for coaches.
- Athletes: free for the first 14 days, then 4 CHF a month or 40 CHF a year.
- Clubs: 40 CHF per athlete per year. The club's athletes don't pay anything themselves, and coaches don't need a license. See Set up your club.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your data stays where it is. To keep using Athlog, choose a monthly or yearly subscription under Settings → License, or ask your coach whether your club can add you to its organization.
Who can see my data?
Only the coaches and staff you've invited, and only what you've allowed them to see. You can change this at any time under Connections → Edit Permissions. See Give your coach access.
An athlete doesn't show up on my dashboard
The athlete needs to invite you first, or join your club. Check that they used the email address of your coach account. Open invitations are at the bottom of your dashboard under Athlete Invitations, and they expire after 14 days. See Connect with your athletes.
How do I remove the demo data?
Click Remove demo data in the yellow banner on your dashboard. Only the demo athletes and their sessions are deleted.
Which languages does Athlog support?
The web app is in English, German and French, and the mobile app is in English and German. You can change the language under Settings → General.
How do I change my email address?
Email us at info@athlog.app from your current address and tell us the new one.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open your Profile, tap Edit, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. This permanently deletes all your data. If you have a subscription, cancel it first in the App Store, Google Play or under Settings → License.
Which wearables work with Athlog?
Athletes can connect WHOOP in the app under Integrations. Their sleep and recovery data then comes into Athlog automatically. We're working on more.
